Shipping & Returns

The following outlines our shipping and return policy for products and clinics.

Book(s), Artisan & Handmade Items: 

Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 

• Damage claims must be received by Balanced Horse Training within 10 days of the date of order confirmation; within 24 hours of receiving item.

• Contact BHT customer support for Returns 

• Returns without documentation will not be refunded. 

• Shipping & Handling fees will be excluded from Refunds.

• Refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving returned merchandise.

• Items from Weaver Equine fall under Weaver’s Shipping & Refund Policies.

Shipping Policy for Books & Ready-made Items

All orders placed with Kalley Krickeberg BHT will be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out within 2-7 business days from the day the order is placed. We try to ship your order to you quickly, regardless of shipping method. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays) from the day they are shipped. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days to arrive from the day they are shipped. 

BHT does not ship on weekends or holidays. A ship confirmation will arrive via email once your order is in transit with the tracking number.

Clinics/Events

By registering for this Clinic, you agree to be contacted by Balanced Horse Training via email and/or text regarding events.

Cancellations:

• Clinic Registrations close 45 days prior to Clinic dates.

• Cancellation: 45 days prior 50% refund; 30 days prior 0% refund

Memberships

• Monthly Memberships, 3 \-month minimum commitment; Cancel anytime after
